Thank you for your participation in Beta program.
There could be several options you can try as below:
1) Have you ever changed your network carrier since the last Beta update? (T-Mobile to Verizon...etc)
2) Have you signed out from the Samsunt account?
3) This may not be applicable for you, but is your device US S24 models? (T-Mobile or Carrier Unlocked)
If you need more assistance, please DM us your Device IMEI and Samsung account (email addresS) that you've used for Beta registration.
