Just joined beta have watch ultra

The update isn't being pushed to the watch. The new Samsung health features are available but when iI try to use them the app says I need to have a galaxy watch 8 or newer. Thats not what any of the avldvertising has said. Also the update beta only lists watch 7 not the watch ultra.

Apparently, Samsung is only releasing the beta to Ultra users that have an active T-Mobile plan ONLY, even if you purchased the watch directly from Samsung, it needs an active T-Mobile esim! 🙄 🙄

There is 1 post saying that they didn't have an active watch account, but sounds like they did at 1 point. Wonder if that's they point.

I had a disabled e-sim on 7 LTE watch that was only one I could get it to work with.

Yeah the advertisements said that none of the lab features would work with the watch ultra and its working fine to me. But yeah you have to have a galaxy watch ultra with a tmobile account since it only has an LTE model. Watch 7 you have to have the BT model

Thank you for participating in the One UI Watch Beta program.

We’ve noticed several inquiries regarding not receiving the Beta software update. Please note the following important eligibility criteria:

LTE Models (Watch with Mobile Network)
To receive the Beta update, your Watch must have an active T-Mobile data plan.
If the SIM is not activated or the device is not currently using T-Mobile’s mobile network, the software update will not be delivered.

Bluetooth (Watch BT models, not just BT paired with Phone) Models
Bluetooth-only models are not affected and will receive the Beta software update as usual. No SIM or mobile plan is required.

If you’ve enrolled in the Beta but haven’t received the update yet, please ensure your Watch meets the conditions above.
