Google messages RCS issue

Hello guys

I have an issue with RCS Messages not working. The RCS verification isn't working it is stuck on Status: Setting up.....

Any ideas?

Fixed with T-mobile and samsung on the phone.
Reprovisioning the service through t-mo did the trick.
