Does anyone app icons looks like this new style. Or do I have to wait for the final roll out?

You can change theme with theme park from Goodlock if you don't like it

On my phone it's not like that. I still have the old one ui 6. Look at gallery and explorer

You can also use the icon pack Samsung offers. They cost but it's not egregious. You can get a good icon pack for under $2. They are under the themes section.

My icons look the same but it's no biggie for me since we can purchase different icons.

Well I figure it out . I had icon to square from goodlock. To I went back to default now it see the change 😆. Couldn't believe that what it was
