60hz animation while in 120hz

When i swipe to the next app via bottom gestures, the first app all the way to the right is being animated at 60hz. 

Is anyone having this issue?

If the issue persists again, could you provide us a little bit more detail of the issue description when submitting your feedback?

For example:

1) Which app were you using at first that caused dropping of 120 -> 60 hz?

2) Were any of Goodlock themes applied? (Thermal Guardians' settings > Use recommended frequency when overheating/ high battery usage ...) 

It would be very helpful if you could provide us the video during the issue reproduction when submitting your feedback as well.
