Phone wouldn't ring.

I was trying to find my phone via Smart thing find app and website, but it didn't ring. And said isn't connected to a network, but it was. 

Already reported this issue to Samsung 

Is anyone experiencing this issue?

I've definitely had ringtone issues. Restarting the device fixed it for me, but if you can't find your phone in the first place.....
