The A16 5G 128GB lags and useless

This phone is trash its lagging and useless for everything but actually voice calls

BE CAREFUL... DO NOT SELECT WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET OPTION!

Clear the cache partition
- Turn the phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press the side key to select.
- Press the volume down key to highlight yes, then press the side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system is now highlighted.
- Press the side key to restart the device.

The A16 is just meant to be a functional phone that does some stuff. It was not meant for performance, but it still should not lag unless you are trying to do too much at once or loaded up your internal storage with many apps - you should leave at least 10% free so apps have room to work. I work on the premise that I don't need all my apps all the time, so some apps I download when I need them and uninstall them when I don't. If you are trying to play anything other than simple games, it likely can't handle it.
