TabletsWhy, why, WHY would Samsung DeX REQUIRE an external monitor to handle the EXACT same UI as before (classic DeX never required an external monitor before). What's more, this absolutely broke some functionality with Samsung Browser (full screen would hide the navigation bar, allowing in-browser sites such as Slack to be viewed correctly). See the following screenshot, showing the input field at the bottom of the screen being truncated. Classic DeX's full-window mode prevented this from happening
Also, is there not a way to easily move a window from one desktop to another? The process seems rather convoluted and clunky, having to minimise, switch desktops, select the window and then it appears in the current desktop. The results of this process is rather counterintuitive, perhaps coming from a linux env, I would focus to shift to the virtual desktop on which a window lives, until such time that I manually move that window to another desktop.
Can we please PLEASE PLEASE either bring back the classic mode, or bring back the previous functionality of Samsung Internet Browser. THis is quite disruptive to my general workflow for work, and I shouldn't need to purchase a monitor to enjoy something that has been working for the past 5+ years.
EDIT:
Now that I've been using this a little more... There's a completely unusable area near the bottom of the screen where the icon drawer lives. Can this be made to auto-hide? See following screenshot
