LED and OLED TVsI just bought two new 77” tv’s, one S95D and one S90D (still in the box as I type this). After 10 minutes of watching the S95D, my 15 amp breaker tripped. I plugged this tv into the same outlet that my previous tv was plugged into and I’ve never had an issue before. Nothing else is plugged into the outlet either, nor is anything else plugged in that runs on the breaker that tripped. I reset the breaker and 5 min later, it tripped again. After three times, I unplugged the tv and put my old tv back and it hasn’t tripped again. I Google this issue and sure enough, many other people are dealing with this issue. Samsung help suggested I put a voltage regulator on my outlet. I plugged it back in with the regulator (even though I know it was dumb) and it tripped again. Long story short, Samsung has a problem with their TVs. They should know this by now and not tell people to do all these crazy things I’ve been reading.
