After struggling with setting up such a large TV over two hours, the result was a TV which constantly turned on and off every one to two minutes Endlessly, including during any attempt for an update of software Reading beyond all the reviews, I read for competing TVs, I see that this was a common problem, and I did not realize this had the same set top box as the wireless model, which had these issues
No troubleshooting worked, all five steps mentioned online and that Samsung
Was doing this outside the box regardless, where it was plugged in or what was plugged into it or whether it was hard or soft reset
Fortunately, with the Amazon return policy I can send the piece of junk back and not have to wait for a technician to show up from 100 miles away to this metropolitan area.
It’s likely the box, but I’d rather go back to my LGOLED set, which has been working for 10 years then risk they replacement
