On a fine day, half of its screen went black and it is occasionally blinking now, the half part. But there is no such incident of fall or exposure to water, evidently there are no dents, marks or not even a single scratch on my phone and its screen. Is it due to a damage internally?
Samsung service centre says its a damage due to impact. But as a common sense it shouldn't be as such bcoz its higher cost and strong hardware components? Even if something happens internally without any scratch or dent externally, how it is a fault of user?
Anyone has such experience? Should I approach consumer court/forum?
