Does anyone understand how this works? I've been using the ring for a few weeks now, and somehow it keeps setting my "usual" sleeping heart range (7 day average) significantly below any of the actual readings in the past 7 days. At first I thought it was just that it is a new product but now that it has a few weeks' worth of data it seems it should look different than this - or am I misunderstanding something?
