Projectors & Other TVsHello, I saw posts about this issue, but they were closed without proper follow-up. I feel Samsung is trying to hide something.
I bought the Freestyle 2nd Gen at the end of February. After a couple of weeks, it stopped working; it was simply dead.
I took it to the support center and raised my concerns about this issue. Their answer was that they had no such record.
After a few days, they returned the projector, claiming it was fixed.
In April, about two months after purchase and one month after the repair, the same problem occurred! It is dead again. Should I spend the two-year warranty taking the projector to the support center every month? This is ridiculous.
Obviously there is something seriously wrong with this device but I can't see Samsung doing anything about it.
