My Samsung tv will not allow me to open any apps not on my main bar, and when I try to select the app storage or use the search function it simply sends me back to the universal guide. I've tried resetting the power, unplugging it, updating the software and even factory restarting it twice. I've also tried resetting smart hub but it gets stuck at step 3
