Hello Samsung Moderation and Development Team. I come here with an idea on how to improve the Now Bar and now music/media is handled. I love the new Now Bar however, there are things about it when it comes to media that I feel could be drastically improved.
Now Bar in current beta. The play/pause button and song title are not centered and the song title is so small.
The second one centers the play/pause button and song title. The album cover also has been removed from the side and instead has been placed in the background, blurred and darkened to fit the aesthetics of the rest of the UI. This also allows the song title to be bigger and actually legible. For longer song titles, maybe make them scroll. Maybe add a faded effect to the sides of the song title while it scrolls so it looks good too.
Here is a concept I put together of the Now Bar playing music with the album art removed from the side and instead, placed in the background, allowing the play/pause button to be centered and the song title to be bigger and easily more readable.
Additional, it would be awesome if when the screen is off and AOD is enabled, the play/pause button is removed and maybe the artist name is displayed under the song title instead?
I hope this concept I've put together is of any help. Personally, I feel it improves the look of Now Bar when music is being played.
