when I turn off the tv to go to art mode, tv goes to art mode but I cant change the picture or access brightness or toggle between pictures. It’s either that one specific picture or if I press on home, it turns on. although I logged in my account and I have a subscription on it. What is the problem? How can I solve this since the art mode is the reason behind purchasing the tv really
