Calls from our internet provider always go to voice mail. I finally checked and the number is blocked. But I didn't block it because it is not on my blocked list. I tried to block it but couldn't. I don't understand what "BLOCKED CALL BY BLOCKED BY PHONE" mean. Its written beside the number. I need somebody to explain it to me and how I can unblock the number.
