I just downloaded two ZIP files with some of my data stored on Samsung servers - but I can't extract the contents, because the files are passwor protected. I tried my regular pw for account.samsung.com as well as a blank password, but neither works. The mails I received ("[Samsung Privacy] Your download request has been received" and "Your download is ready") both don't contain a password or a pw hint.
So I'm really puzzled now. Any help would be appreciated 🙂
