A few weeks ago the internal mic and speaker started to cut out when I answered a call. If I reset or restart the phone it works again for a random period and then they will cut out again when I answer a call.

If I switch to the external speaker I can hear the caller but they still can't hear me.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would cause this or how to fix it?
