Do I need to register to use the Community?
You will need to register to take full advantage of the Community. Registering will allow you to post and reply to messages, like posts/threads, and receive emails when someone replies to you.
If you do not register, you can still browse, search for information, and read posts. You will not be able to respond to or like posts/threads.
How do I register or sign in?
From the home page of Community, click on Sign In/Register at the top right of the page or click the blue button:
Complete the requested information and begin your journey!
Important: If you sign up utilizing the Samsung Members application, please make sure to take note or write down your Samsung Community Username, as it may be needed in the future!
Within a large community, it is expected that there may be some repeated questions and answers floating around. With that in mind, it is a good idea to search the community first using the global search bar at the top of the page. This may bring up what you are looking for and provide a quick solution for you!

Your Follower’s List is a way to create your own community within a community.

To add people to your Followers List:
- Sign in to the community.
- Click the user name of a friend to see the friend's About user name page.
- In the Contact area, click Add user name to Followers.
Most users in an online community get along very well. Sometimes, however, you might encounter someone you consider a nuisance. If you are receiving messages that you'd prefer not to receive, you can add the sender to your Ignored Users list. The system blocks all messages from users on your Ignored Users list.
To add someone to your Ignored Users list:
- Sign in to the community.
- Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Messages Inbox.
- Click a message from the user you want to ignore and click Ignore user name.
To remove someone from your Ignored Users list:
- Sign in to the community.
- Click Ignored Users to see the list.
- Click Remove from Ignored list to begin receiving messages from this user again.
- You can also search for community members and add them to your Ignored Users list.
To search for a user:
- On any page, enter a user name in the Search box.
- Choose Users and click Search.
- In the Search Results, click the user's name.

Do you see something that looks suspicious or like Spam behavior? Please help our moderators by reporting this to us! To report this content, just choose the following options:
Option > Report Inappropriate Content
- We ask that you please only report 1 spam post per profile. When any post is reported, our moderators review the entire profile of the author of the reported post. Therefore, it’s not necessary to submit multiple reports for 1 specific user.
- Please refrain from making posts regarding spam, as this contributes to the spam clean-up process. We sincerely appreciate all the feedback, but simply reporting the matter is the best way to help the Community!
To keep the Community organized and avoid unnecessary clutter, comments such as “bump” or “Boost” may be removed, as they don’t provide meaningful information. Instead, we encourage you to use the “Me Too” button if you’re experiencing the same issue as the original poster.
Using “Me Too”: The number displayed above the “Me Too” button represents how many users have reported having the same problem. This helps our teams quickly recognize which topics are impacting the most members and allows us to prioritize them effectively.
Using Likes (hearts): If a reply or solution in the thread helped you, please click the “like” or “heart” button to show your support. Posts with more likes are surfaced more often, increasing visibility so other members can get answers faster. It’s a small way to make a big impact on our community!
