Hi all,

Recently I bought a Samsung Bespoke Washer and a separate dryer of the same series. They work ok, all except for wifi connectivity. There is no way they will ever connect to the wifi in my house, which is provided by Unifi AP's. I have no trouble connecting other equipment, like my previous Samsung washer, Samsung Oven, phones (both Samsung Android and Apple), smart switches... you name it.

I have created a separate SSID for testing, fixed it to 2.4GHz only, forced it to "IoT connectivity optimization" settings, using WPA-2. Still no connection: When I scan for SSIDs, all my SSIDs show up. When I select one the machines ask for a password. I can see them connect into the APs, I can also see their MAC address and they do get an IP address... And then after like 30 seconds the screen says "cannot connect to WiFi". No matter what I try / change, the result is always the exact same 😞

Also tried powering off the washer and dryer for 30 minutes, rebooted all APs, nothing helps. Weird, as these machines appear to run Android (and Android phones have zero issue connecting).

If this does not work I will return them and buy another brand. Any ideas?
