Torn Boot Seal, Leaking from underneath
A balance weight has come loose and is stuck behind the boot seal
We bought the Bespoke washer & dryer set in November 2022. One of the balance weights came loose very early after we bought it. Took it apart, reattached. Fast forward, it happened again. This time getting caught behind the boot seal. Now the boot seal is torn. Ordered replacement parts and downloaded the repair guide. Ready to tackle it today to realize we will need several hundred dollars in additional parts. So incredibly disappointed in Samsung. I don't even know that it is financially worth it to attempt to repair it.
