Hello and thank you for getting back to me, my model number is DV42H5000EW/A3 and it turns out according to this resource (https://smarthomescope.com/cooling-light-stays-on-samsung-dryer/) the cooling light stayed on since the the moisture sensors had gone bad, I had to ask a professional replace them for me.
