Just purchased the Bespoke washer/dryer combo and I'm trying to figure out how to enable the Smart Control option on the washer so that we can load up some laundry and start washing it at a later time using the SmartThings app. All of the online instructions I have seen so far do not work.
Washer is connected and I'm able to see status and get alerts, but in the app on the Washer device, there is text indicating Smart Control is off.
Anyone have the secret to enabling this on the Washer?
I am having the same exact problem!! We’ve had the vented version of the bespoke washer/dryer all-in-one for about 2 weeks and haven’t found a Smart Control button anywhere on the control panel or in any of the menus while browsing every available option in the interface! What is going on?!? Did they forget to add it or something?? Thinking of calling customer service, because I can’t find answers anywhere. Let me know if you figure it out!

On the control panel on the machine you swipe down from the top, the icon for Smart Control is located there. It took me several days to figure this out on my own.
