Hello, I hope some is able to help. I trying putting on the dryer and when it comes to press the start button it will not start. There is a code dC, a beep beep sound and the little light from drum light on. I have no idea of what is happening, the drum light is working when I turn the dryer on however it doesn’t start.
The dryer door is not registered as shut so it won't heat. Check the door for any damage or anything preventing it from shutting all the way. If everything look good try unplugging it from the wall for a few minutes than plug it back in. If still nothing I would call for service as it could be a bad sensor
