My dryer is not heating and I'm still under warranty and they refuse to fix my dryer!!! I was on hold with the service manager for over an hour and still no resolution!!! They had a low budget service company by the nane of Ross Technologies come out to my house who was extremely rude and have terrible ratings and reviews!! Worst company ever!!! Technologies was rude and extremely unprofessional!! They said over the phone that they would be replacing the heating element on my dryer and then get here to say oh no it's working. Excuses me, the **bleep**g dryer has no heat!! Idiots!!! They closed out my ticket! Back on the phone with Samsung again! Dealing with this now for a wk. I would never buy any appliances again from Samsung!!! Terrible Terrible customer service!!
