Seems like the battery is draining faster after the install. Can this be investigated further?

This is more beta behavior than the often repeated "optimizing for your usage".


It's beta and it'll be fixed

This is new ui behavior, anytime a new ui is installed, battery drain is more significant as the system learns your usage patterns and adapts. There's nothing to be fixed, battery configuration is spot on according to benchmark testing. Most peoples battery drains faster during beta because they are on it more, checking out features and settings and playing around with what is new and such.

Give it some time. Mines isn't draining faster. Matter fact it feels like it improved the battery performance with the one ui 7

Yes stills seems to be draining and getting hotter faster than before
