New beta update: Notifying Pill/Live notifications

I have just updated to the newest beta software and this appeared out of nowhere. I have not even started the stopwatch. I think this looks nice and I thought i would not be added to the beta by all the rumors. I just glad to see it.

So far, this doesn't seem to work with Google Clock app.

I believe apps will need to add support for the pill in order for it to work with their apps
