On the Samsung Tablet there is a tool bar indicating recent apps that appears intermittently. I need this thing to stay visible. How can I do that please?
Assuming that you're referring to the Taskbar. The Taskbar does not appear when you're in the Home screens, just the home apps. It does appear when you open an app full screen and then the home apps dissappear and the Taskbar pops up. This is the only behavior possible unless you turn the Taskbar off.
The Navigation bar should always be visible.

Those are the circumstances I would be referring to. I really would like it to stop disappearing, but it seems maybe they are not affording this freedom to the users. Thank you.
