Tab s6 lite stuck in downloading mode

Hi all, my galaxy tab s6 lite is stuck on the blue downloading screen saying I shouldn't disconnect the usb but I can't get past that,even tried holding the volume down plus the side key for long but it just brings me back to the same place, please help how do I fix this?

One option is to keep off a charger until the battery drains. If you're able to flash it, connect it to a computer, use Odin to flash it.

Take it to service center and have them get it working properly.
