I checked for the update and it's ready to download and install. Since my Tab S8U is my daily driver for DeX I've decided not to download and install it as OneUI 8 deprecates Classic DeX. I'm going to hold off on installing it with the hopes that they put out a bug release for the new DeX (Android Desktop) which is not only buggy but it is a step or two backwards from Classic DeX.
I have tried the new DeX with my Fold 6 and though I could live with it if forced, I much prefer Classic DeX.
Aside from the fact that folder size positions arent saved, the screen real estate is reduced by large borders which are similar to the large borders in the tabs Android Home Page. There are many other differences between OneUI 8 DeX and OneUI 7 and earlier.

YA I REALLY THOUGHT ANDROID 16 ONE UI 8 WAS GONNA ARRIVE BY DECEMBER FOR TAB S8 BUT IT CAME EARLY! I LOVE THE NEW UPDATE, NOT REALLY INTO THE DEX DESKTOP REALLY IRRITATING, BUT I'VE BEEN GETTING SOME WI-FI LAGGING WHEN I WATCH NETFLIX.
