My S10 book keyboard is not functioning correctly. I can't really type at all on my tablet. If I connect to my phone via Bluetooth, it works just fine though, so I don't believe there's an issue with the keyboard at all. I've done multiple resets to no avail.

The keyboard case actually connects through two little pins on the bottom of your Tab S10. Clean the two pins on the tablet and on the keyboard with an alcohol pad, then make sure that there's a solid connection, and it should function properly again.

so i tried cleaning the pins, and my keyboard still isn't working right. it's so odd to me.. my 7,8,9, J, K, L, U and likely other keys produce a mouse pointer on the screen. i dont know why this has started happening, as i havent changed any settings at all. i went in and tried to reset my keyboard settings, but this persists. When connected to my phone via Bluetooth, the keys work as they should. Would you happen to have any other suggestions? I'm open to try anything

I would check your warranty status on it. If it's clean and connected properly, that shouldn't happen unless something went defective. It's almost always the keyboard, not the tablet, but the keyboard does or should have a year warranty on it. I mean, really, the only other thing you could do is master reset your tablet, but I don't know that that would make any difference. That would just be a shot in the dark, but there are software updates for those keyboards that pop up every now and then. Maybe at the very least in your tablet settings instead of resetting the entire tablet just do a manufacturer settings reset see if that helps

Sorry I wasn't more helpful. Hopefully, it has a warranty, and they will give you a new one.
