So I recently purchased tab because of the deal that my service provider offered claiming it was unlimited 5G service. This has been the crappiest device. I've ever used in the sense that I can't text anybody. I can't call anybody because one. It doesn't keep up with with what it says it can do I mean, like the only thing I use this thing is for like YouTube and I have to be stuck to that Wi-Fi. not happy with it it seems like it was loaded with nothing but Spam and malware type of things, because I didn't install anything on it.Everything came like pre-installed and it just starts installing things on its own when it wants to doing things on its own when it wants to run.You really slow when it wants to even though i've gone through all the apps and remove all the permissions , it just does what it wants to and it's like really disgusting
This is a carrier issue. You got the device from your carrier and they install all that garbage software on it. Texting is also a carrier issue, as is anything to do with mobile service. Perhaps they sold you a defective device. Take it back where you bought it . Why are you blaming Samsung because your carrier gave you a bum deal?

If it worked, you would like it. Either ask them to exchange it, or lay out specific issues here and perhaps someone can help you make the device usable. Start by uninstalling any app you don't want. Be aware there will be some apps you cannot uninstall.

I've found it's usually better to buy unlocked phones and tablets direct from Samsung. That way you get less junk software and you can often get a better deal by cutting out the middle man. And best of all, you can jump ship and switch to a new carrier at any time.
