Hello,

From past few months I'm getting a screen issue with my tab a7.

A white type of layer is merging from the two vertical edges and its progressing horizontally, at first it was negligible but now I'm struggling with it.

So hope , the team see the problem and get solution for it.

Reproduce the issue and then open the Samsung Members app, click on Support (Lower right)->Feedback->Send Error Report,  Remember to check on "Send System Data Log"

Reading your post again it is impossible for any of the users here to know exactly what your issue is since it doesn't show up in your screen shot.  Samsung Members is an easy way for you to get in contact with the Samsung techs and provide a system log dump for their inspection

Check the Galaxy Store for Samsung Members. 

Since you haven't mentioned any troubleshooting. I'd suggest first booting to Safe Mode and seeing if the problem persists.   That will tell you if it's an app causing the issue.  If that doesn't help then a Factory Reset Without restoring a backup will isolate it to hardware or software.  If after the reset the problem is still visible then it's likely hardware and your tablet needs service.

And tried to turn off the dark mode ,it doesn't help .But it not may visible on the screen 

But when I watch video or doing other things it's there.

Looks like a screen issue to me which could be either a manufacturing defect or caused by damage. 

You could Google for a local Ubreakfix location if it's still under warranty and they will confirm or deny the warranty repair.

As per handling.  I handled it very carefully since I got into my hands.

And I am not sure about the warranty. 

And the bigger problem is I bought it from somewhere and now I am in a different place.
