Samsung S9 FE fingerprint sensor not working

Imma ask question here because samsung PH community cant help me, no one is answering. LMAO

Just bought my tablet around April 2024.

Suddenly my tablet's fingerprint sensor not working

Did a hard reset, cleared the app cache, data of biometrics app, knox apps

Accessibility reset, settings reset, update

Sometimes it comes back to normal, then i notice that when i put back the samsung tab case freebie, it will not work again.

When it works, fingerprint sensor registers my new fingerprint like normal. What's happening?

Currently on safe mode.. successfully added a new fingerprint, im currently observing if it errors again..

If it doesn't error then it's one of the apps you installed.

Apps only, or settings also? coz i factory reset this once

The best way to reset a device when you believe it's an app, which will be difficult to identify which one, is to Factory Reset and NOT install the backup.  Then install your added apps a few at a time checking for the error before moving on to the next. 

A Factory Reset and then installing the backup often just installs the problem again. 

The settings will be reset with the Factory Reset as long as you don't install the bakup

But, if it works in Safe Mode, before you perform the Factory Reset boot normally and see if you still have the issue.  Sometimes just going into Safe Mode clears the corruption causing the issue.

Right now fingerprint is working. And when i go back to safe mode. It wont lol

Removed the case coz the free case has a magnet
