Removal of Samsung Notes

Would like to remove Samsung Notes on my Tab S8Plus , tried the normal methods of deleting or removal with no sucess. Looking for help.

Have you tried these steps the numbers are up top and the steps are circled in blue. On step #4 if it does not show "Uninstall" then you will only be able to "Disable," the Samsung Notes.
