Register for Samsung Care Plus after email change.

Has anybody else ran into a problem with not being able to register your device for care + after changing your Samsung account email? About a week ago, I checked the pricing for care + through the settings and everything worked fine (including using serial number). Later that day, I decided to change my Samsung account email and ever since then, I haven't been able to register my tablet. It displays a message saying invalid IMEI despite me using serial number. Now I only have one day left to register and still can't get it to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Reaching out to Samsung support is a joke. I had to cancel the card I was using to pay for Samsung Care warranty due to fraud. I tried to contact Samsung daily and spent many hours on hold just to update my billing information. In the end I was never able to find anyone who could help me and they eventually canceled the warranty. It was truly maddening. I would receive texts with a link to follow that went nowhere. I called every number I could find and like I said spent many HOURS on hold.

Thank you for the help everyone. I was able to contact Samsung Care Plus on the phone and they are currently helping me out. They asked for a screenshot showing that it was still within the 60 day window when it kept denying my serial number so we'll see how this goes.
