No Smart View in pull down settings

I Cannot seem to find a way to get quick access to Smart View on my Galaxy 10+ tablet. The only way I have been able to access Smart View is through the main settings "Connected Devices"

@zxcvbnmlp You should see it at the bottom of the expanded quick panel.
