A newly bought tab S7 FE keeps on flashing screen and charging despite being fully charged. I even turned on protected charging and that didn't help. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
Interesting I've had the problem with Samsung tablets too it's either the wrong charger or you have the brightness up too high while charging put it down halfway and see if that fixes it while you're charging
It is the same charger that it came with. I don't think brightness would help because the issue seems to be that it is in an endless loop of trying to recharge despite being 100%. But I will give it a try. Thanks.
