TabletsI upgraded recently from Galaxy S9FE Model SM-X510 to a new Galaxy Tab S10+. It arrived yesterday and is asking for a PIN. Talking about having a bad Day. Amazon could not help me. I planning to return it.

TabletsHi there and welcome to the community! As the others have said, you will need to return it and exchange it for a different one as that one is used. It's possible it never got sorted in the proper bin as it's a return. New tablets don't ask for PINs. You could also do a factory reset of the device but I know personally, I'd rather have a brand new one that wasn't used previously. If you'd like to reset it, follow the steps below:
1. Turn power off
2. Enter Recovery Mode: Press and hold the Power/Side and Volume Up buttons simultaneously. Release the Power/Side button when the Samsung logo appears, but continue holding the Volume Up button until the Android Recovery screen appears
3. Navigate to Wipe Data/Factory Reset: Use the Volume buttons to select "Yes" to confirm you want to erase all data, and the press the Power/Side button
5. Reboot the System: Once the factory reset is complete, select "Reboot system now" to restart the tablet

Tablets@Members_G4f2bka It sounds like you received a used device. A new device does not ask for a PIN out of the box. I would return it for a refund.
