I bought my tablet because of the old version of Dex. It allowed me to work like on a computer. It was really convenient. Now I unfortunately updated my tablet and there's no old version of Dex. I can't work properly now. Super disappointed. Tech support says they can't do anything with it.
Is there any way to return old version of Dex? How can I legally return to previous android?

update: I've talked to tech support multiple times and even wrote a letter to their president to return the old version of Dex. They told me that if there will be more requests to their tech support to return Dex, they will do it. Please go to Samsung official website and contact tech support!
I can't pin the windows over other windows now. I used to pin my video call with students over the opened platform for learning in browser but now I can't. I used to put my video call just below the camera but not it just opens full screen mode which is hard to get out of. If I move accidentally my browser over my video call it turns off my video. I used to ude physical keyboard and clicked the button on a naviagation bar to open a virtual one when I needed it, but now I have two options either to use only physical keyboard and have no ability to open copied materials, or constantly have virtual keyboard pop up when I click typing space. Every time I click on my browser it opens a new tab, so to find my old opened tabs I need to search them in opened apps. I used to have all my materials organized in folders and on my desktop not it's all gone and I need to do it all over again. It's like I updated, opened my tablet and found that they killed everything I created for myself on my desktop. It's all super annoying. Every time I get down to work I just wanna cry.
Actually you can but it requires you to use some software and flash an older version of a ROM. Doing so will possibly void your warranty but that's what I read on Reddit
