Have a galaxy tab s7 & cannot remember the pin. Am trying to do a factory reset but it won't power off. Tried the power button, volume up/down button at the same time repeatedly. When it works, goes to power off screen, tap it to power off & it goes right back to the screen for the pin. Checked the user manual, did a goggle search, checked youtube, checked this community for previous posts/answers. Nothing works. Been at this for 4 hours to no avail. Any ideas/suggestions would be really appreciated!!

Tablets2. Hold ur home button, volume up, power. It's gonna boot and say recovery let it load, it will also say system updating ignore that it always says that let it load, then scroll down to factory wipe using the volume buttons and select it with the power button I believe, or home after when it's finished it will ask for your last password you used to login from your google account that was used on that phone.

TabletsThanks for bringing this concern to our attention. Jppanucci has the correct information on turning off your tablet's power. It seems like you have already tried this. If you are still unable to turn off the power. You can send the tablet to us with your bill of sale. We would be able to reflash the tablet for you. Just send us a private message using the link below. If you would like to reach out to a local repair shop instead, that would work too.
