I just got my tablet and i am not able to register my finger print, it doses not register the finger print input pass 49%, I have reset the tablet to see if that can fix it but still doing the same thing.

Hands to dry put some lotion on z skin and trys the scans again.

Its a stretch, but after looking at some other past issues regarding the same topic, others have had more success registering their fingerprint if they turn their screen brightness up high for when theyre registering.

Try "rolling" your finger on the screen when registering. Might work.

No that didn't work on this one but after a little moisture on my fingers I was able to get it registered

Yep, I was going to suggest putting water on your fingers too. That usually fixes it! So if the "rolling" of your finger on the sensor does not work, I'm glad the moisture method has worked for you! 😄
