I've been having an issue on my Tab S9 Ultra where my Wi-Fi says "connected without internet," then the internet will fully disconnect and no longer show up in network settings. Sometimes the network will show back up after a few minutes, but when trying to connect, it will automatically disconnect. If I restart my tablet at this stage, sometimes the problem will go away, but most of the time, the Wi-Fi connects for a few minutes, and the problem starts again. The only way I have found to get the Wi-Fi back is continuous waiting and multiple restarts. Most of the time this issue starts while watching YouTube videos, but it can start while doing other things. This issue started on my last tablet, the Tab S6, and the issue somehow transferred to my Tab S9 Ultra. The strangest thing with this issue is it seems like a VPN stops it completely, but I can't use a VPN all the time because it slows down my internet a bit. One other interesting thing with this issue is it stops happening for a few weeks to a few months. I also know a factory reset is going to be difficult because I have lots of important stuff, so I would like to avoid a factory reset.

I will try to answer any questions people have and try suggestions people have.

Most VPNs don't l like video apps or video apps don't like VPNs.  You have to tweak the VPN settings for that.  VPNs should not slow down you internet connectivity at all - that would defeat their purpose.  If your traffic is slowed, you may be selecting a server too far away from your physical location, although that should not have any real bearing.  If you do not want to reset your tablet, try just resetting your network settings.  You will then have to re-establish all your internet and Bluetooth connections - which is less troublesome than a full factory reset of your device.  As for the "important" information contained on your tablet, it would serve you well to make a full backup of your device via Smart Switch to a flash drive, computer or other external drive because stuff happens and you won't always have the opportunity to save that important stuff.  It will also help you in the event you do ever have to factory reset your device or your device fails.
