Having trouble redeeming your Art store credit? Following the steps below will get you access to your promotional offer and enjoying art in no time! Before we begin, make sure to sign in to your Samsung Account on your Frame television and mobile device.
Once signed in, follow the following steps:
1. Launch Home screen > Click “APPS” on the screen
2. Locate and open the “Samsung Promotion” app.
- If the Samsung Promotion App is already installed, simply click on the icon to open.
If needing to install, click the Search icon, type in “Samsung Promotion”, and download the app from there. Open the app after installing.
3. Find the Art Store Promotion within the Samsung Promotion app.
- Please note that subscription credit will vary depending on the Frame screen size you have purchased:
- 1-year credit provided to 50” and below
- 2-year credit provided to 55” and above
4. Review the Pop-up Window & verify that your intended Samsung Account is shown; Click CONFIRM on the pop-up to continue.
5. Once the coupon is downloaded, select “Open App” to enter Art Store and apply the coupon.
6. Select the “Annual Plan” banner for Redemption
- IMPORTANT: You must select the Annual plan, as selecting any other membership option will prevent the coupon from being applied correctly.
7. Proceed to Samsung Checkout to Complete Subscription Set-Up
- Scan the QR Code using the Camera on your Mobile device – OR – Go to “pay.samsungcheckout.com” on any web browser.
- When prompted, use the authentication code provided on the TV screen and follow the remaining on-screen instructions (as shown on your mobile device/web browser) to complete the checkout process.
8. Add Your Payment Method and select “DONE” when completed.
Note: A Valid form of payment is required as sign-up, but you will not be charged until the applicable promotional period expires. At the end of the promotional period, you will be automatically charged the individual subscription price. You can cancel at no charge any time before the trial is over. Offer requires a Samsung account.
9. After adding the payment method, you’ll need to Select Your Coupon from the drop-down list. Once selected, the total due should update to $0.00. Select “PAY NOW”.
10. Complete the remainder checkout steps. You will need to sign in to your Samsung Account
11. Verify Subscription Status:
- Access the store again by clicking the icon on the left menu
- Double-check your subscription status directly on your TV by accessing the Membership page within the Art Store app.
Example:
- For a 1-year credit redeemed, the next renewal date indicated should be 12 months + trial period, starting from the Samsung Promotions app coupon redemption date.
- For a 2-year credit redeemed, the next renewal date indicated should be 24 months + trial period, starting from the Samsung Promotions app coupon redemption date.
