Hellocommunity and Samsung beta t3am. When adding my USB external hard drive witch I have two of them that are both Samsung. The T7 and the usb-c 512Gb hard drive. When connecting the hard drives, I will get kicked out from opening the hard drives or while looking at some videos on my hard drives the phone will glitch then It just disconnects me. I have the Samsung magician app as well and that will glitch out on me. I also try to use the scan disk external hard drive and that seems to do okay. Can you fix this bug or has anyone having issues like that?
If your phone gets disconneted when connecting to USB external hard drives (both T7 and usb-C 512GB), we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:
1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
