UI improvements for One UI 7

UI improvements needed to enhance user experience:

- The Now Playing music player should fade from color to transparent, like other Now Playing bar elements.

- Lockscreen shortcuts should not shrink when the Now Playing bar is shown.

- Remove outlines from the Now Playing bar and lockscreen shortcuts.

- Fix the shape of 1x1 widgets to match the corner radius of other sizes (1x1 uses a 69 corner radius; other sizes use a 39 corner radius).

- Raise icons in the volume bar so most have equal side and bottom padding.
