1- Audio quality of phones is NOT Outstanding AT ALL.. Bass is VERYYYYYYYY weak and NO punchier at ALL (Look at iPhones)... Highs, mids and lows and TREBLE and voices and everything in general could be a lot better and clearer too... - I don't know what the people at AKG have been doing, but you guys should ask them for A LOT MORE
2- Ear speaker and microphone (hearing and being heard) SUPER LOW QUALITY -- SUCKS (Regardless of signal) (Both wifi and normal calls)
Could be fixed via software update like when you improved the sound quality of the speakers on Normal EQ
3- Samsung Scalable Codec
Add Option to prioritize Sound Quality over Stability
3.1- Also it doesn't say if it interferes with Sony's DSEE HX and/or DSEE Extreme/Ultimate and with LDAC) (I think this can be solved or something done about this by OTA software updates)
4- You don't specify anywhere in your website if your phones own DAC support Hi-Res Audio playback (also for tablets and laptops)🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
- You do provide the UHQ Upscaler, but it's only for headphones and it's not what I'm referring to
5- No explanation of how does UHQ Upscaler exactly works and what spectrum of hertz does it cover of the spectrum (0-20,000hz, 0-40,000hz, etc)

6- Bring back the "Smart Volume" (previously available on Samsung Music) option (at least via (Sound quali6and effects)
