It is beta software, therefore potentially unstable.

Very specific criteria need to be met for eligibility. Sometimes something on your specific device will prevent those criteria from being met other times it could be your particular product model.

Samsung is developing this software to work on all variations but they are starting with easier to control environment variables.

If you aren't able to install the beta software, right away, I dont think thats going to be a priority.

It kinda is a priority because the watch 8 comes out in 9 days and if they struggle now that means we will have another one ui 7 disaster

I kinda think it will work ok on the new watches
We're talking about making it work on the older models here.

This is pretty much the response I got from Samsung. No real interest in customer loyalty. 1751378796525.jpg

Hello,

Thank you for participating in the One UI Watch Beta program.

We’ve noticed several inquiries regarding not receiving the Beta software update. Please note the following important eligibility criteria:

LTE Models (Watch with Mobile Network)
To receive the Beta update, your Watch must have an active T-Mobile data plan.
If the SIM is not activated or the device is not currently using T-Mobile’s mobile network, the software update will not be delivered.

Bluetooth (Watch BT models, not just BT paired with Phone) Models
Bluetooth-only models are not affected and will receive the Beta software update as usual. No SIM or mobile plan is required.

If you’ve enrolled in the Beta but haven’t received the update yet, please ensure your Watch meets the conditions above.

We appreciate your feedback and participation.

Regards,
One UI Beta Team

Yes but people have been telling you we can't install it. I have a watch 7 BT only model and the wear app doesn't show I have the beta software to download. Has been 3 days now. Poor customer service of not responding to people

It's so stupid why you need the LTE model or a T-Mobile model to get beta versions. Makes no sense when other brand competitors let users to use beta versions on any models. Im glad This is my last purchase with Samsung 🤦🏻‍♂️
