Reconsider top bar notifications

Using the now bar with media playing totally blocks all other app notifications while the right side remains most unused. This seems like wasted space when media is playing because other notifications are no longer accessible at an easy glance.

The now bar in the notification (status bar) area can be disabled. If you have your lock screen enabled, go to settings/Lock screen and AOD/Now bar then toggle off the media player.

He is talking about Live Notifications in the Status bar.

We don't have the ability to enable or disable what we want to be seen in the status bar. It is either on or off in Now Bar settings.

I want to be able to turn off in the status bar without turning off in the Now Bar.

People keep getting the terminology wrong thereby confusion in posts.

The Now Bsr is lockscreen and AOD.

Live Notifications are on the Status Bar and Notification Shade.

There needs to be a separate category for Live Notifications in the Status Bar.
